What you will do

• Drive cross-functional interaction between product, engineering, quality, and supply chain for new product launches.
• Deliver all program elements including product performance KPIs, cost, and timeline from ideation to commercialization.
• Identify program risks and develop mitigation or contingency plans to keep programs on track.
• Utilize metrics, KPIs, and data to drive decision-making across cross-functional teams.
• Act as a conduit for global information to local teams to support business operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in engineering or business.
• 5 to 7 years of direct Product Development or Program management experience.
• Experience in the Consumer Goods industry.
• Proven track record of managing multiple high-visibility, technical, cross-functional projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency with MS Project, Excel, Jira, Visio, and PowerPoint.
