What you will do

• Plan and execute vehicle programs by working cross-functionally with development teams.
• Define program milestones, timing, and key deliverables for all involved teams.
• Build and maintain realistic schedules and clear dashboards to track program status.
• Review progress regularly to ensure programs remain on track and meet quality standards.
• Collaborate with teams to resolve or escalate technical and strategic issues.

Requirements

• BS or MS degree in an engineering discipline or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of experience in engineering or program management in the automotive or equivalent industry.
• Demonstrable track record of managing complex cross-functional projects involving hardware and software.
• Experience in all stages of product development from ideation to production.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Gantt charts, JIRA, and Confluence.

Nice to have

• Program management certification.
• Experience with root cause analysis in high-pressure environments.
• Product execution experience in a highly dynamic start-up environment.
