Program Manager (Aerospace)

Salary: $100,000 – $130,000 Annually

What you will do

• Develop and monitor program plans, schedules, and costs to ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
• Coordinate with functional management to ensure proper assignment of program resources.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers to resolve issues and maintain communication.
• Oversee program activities to ensure the achievement of performance and profitability objectives.
• Prepare status reports and presentation materials for internal leadership and client reviews.
• Support the preparation of proposals, change orders, and negotiations from a program management perspective.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a business or technical field, preferably Engineering.
• 5+ years of program management experience, specifically in aerospace or defense manufacturing.
• Proficiency with MS Project.
• Must have access to United States Export Controlled information.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and emotional intelligence skills.

Nice to have

• Experience managing Development Programs.
• Knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM).
• Experience working with DoD customers and knowledge of DoD contractual terms.
• PMI PMP certification.
