What you will do

• Assist with all phases of litigation, including trial preparation and document management.
• Review and analyze transcripts, files, and evidence relevant to investigative actions.
• Utilize electronic databases and eDiscovery tools to index, tag, and summarize case materials.
• Apply redactions to various document types, including audio files.
• Draft review memos and other essential litigation documents.
• Troubleshoot technical issues with review platforms and manage case support tasks.

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship required.
• J.D. Degree and active membership in a U.S. Bar.
• At least two years of progressively responsible experience in litigation support.
• Sound working knowledge of federal and state court systems and legal research procedures.
• Hands-on familiarity with ESI tools, eDiscovery procedures, and legal research tools like LEXIS and Westlaw.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
