Focus on building a strong foundation for a rapidly expanding team, supporting both exempt and non-exempt employees, and ensuring seamless HR service delivery.

Location: Must be based in or able to relocate to Los Angeles, CA

Salary: $77,000 - $105,000

hirify.global is an advanced manufacturing company building autonomous factories to accelerate the production of critical aerospace and defense components.

What you will do

  • Manage daily HR operations including onboarding/offboarding logistics and leave of absence administration.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee and manager inquiries regarding HR policies and systems.
  • Maintain HRIS data accuracy and troubleshoot system access issues.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, including I-9 verification and background checks.
  • Partner with IT and Finance to coordinate cross-functional employee lifecycle processes.
  • Support employee engagement and culture initiatives through training and special projects.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in HR operations or as an HR generalist in a high-growth environment.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, or eligible for ITAR authorization.
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms and people management tools.
  • Strong understanding of HR compliance, record-keeping, and data security.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for supporting a diverse workforce.

Nice to have

  • Experience supporting manufacturing or industrial workforces.
  • HR certification such as SHRM-CP or PHR.
  • Proven track record of implementing or improving HR processes and systems.
