What you will do

• Design and manage robust data pipelines for the training, validation, and continuous retraining of LQMs and agentic frameworks.
• Develop and rigorously test novel ML models and algorithms, ensuring performance aligns with product objectives.
• Clean, transform, and engineer features from large-scale datasets to optimize model accuracy and performance.
• Analyze model behavior and failure modes, tuning hyperparameters and architecture for production efficiency.
• Collaborate with AI researchers, product managers, and software engineers to translate business goals into ML roadmaps.
• Enforce high engineering standards for code quality, system efficiency, and security within a prototyping environment.

Requirements

• BS in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or an equivalent field.
• 5+ years of postgraduate experience in software development.
• Experience developing highly-available, performant, and scalable ML systems and data pipelines.
• Strong expertise in Python and the ML stack (PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX, NumPy, Pandas).
• Successful history of driving the full ML lifecycle from initial exploration to production deployment.
• Deep proficiency in MLOps, including CI/CD for ML, experiment tracking (W&B, MLflow), and version control.

Nice to have

• MS or PhD in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• Technical experience in financial or risk simulation.
• Experience in tech leadership and cross-collaborative technical design.
• Experience with scalable software development on cloud platforms such as GCP or AWS.
