Salary: $120,000 - $165,000 a year

What you will do
- Lead advanced measurement strategies including MMM, multi-touch attribution, and incrementality testing.
- Build and refine statistical models to evaluate media effectiveness across linear TV, digital, and social channels.
- Integrate and analyze large-scale healthcare datasets like IQVIA, Crossix, and claims data within Snowflake.
- Develop executive-ready dashboards in Tableau and Looker to support real-time reporting.
- Translate complex modeling outputs into clear business narratives for clients and senior leadership.
- Mentor analysts and foster a culture of technical excellence and cross-functional collaboration.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in data science, advanced analytics, or marketing analytics.
- Strong technical capability with SQL, Snowflake, Python, and/or R.
- Hands-on experience with statistical modeling (linear regression, attribution, predictive modeling).
- Experience leveraging healthcare data platforms (IQVIA, Crossix, PurpleLab, etc.).
- Must be based in the US.
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
Nice to have
- Master’s degree in a quantitative field.
- Experience with SAS or SPSS.
- Background in pharma, life sciences, or highly regulated industries.
