What you will do

• Lead advanced measurement strategies including MMM, multi-touch attribution, and incrementality testing.
• Build and refine statistical models to evaluate media effectiveness across linear TV, digital, and social channels.
• Integrate and analyze large-scale healthcare datasets like IQVIA, Crossix, and claims data within Snowflake.
• Develop executive-ready dashboards in Tableau and Looker to support real-time reporting.
• Translate complex modeling outputs into clear business narratives for clients and senior leadership.
• Mentor analysts and foster a culture of technical excellence and cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in data science, advanced analytics, or marketing analytics.
• Strong technical capability with SQL, Snowflake, Python, and/or R.
• Hands-on experience with statistical modeling (linear regression, attribution, predictive modeling).
• Experience leveraging healthcare data platforms (IQVIA, Crossix, PurpleLab, etc.).
• Must be based in the US.
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in a quantitative field.
• Experience with SAS or SPSS.
• Background in pharma, life sciences, or highly regulated industries.
