Focus on scaling revenue operations, optimizing CPQ systems, and partnering with executive leadership to drive profitability across the EMEA region.
Location: Must be based in or near London, UK (Remote role with EMEA focus).

What you will do
- Provide strategic leadership on complex, high-value, and non-standard deals to maximize profitability.
- Serve as the primary escalation point for pricing exceptions and commercial risks.
- Own and drive the continuous improvement roadmap for CPQ systems and commercial tools.
- Develop and execute a global enablement program for sales teams on pricing models and commercial policies.
- Partner with Sales, Finance, and Legal leadership to provide data-driven insights on deal trends and profitability.
- Ensure all deal documentation is compliant with revenue recognition standards like ASC 606.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Deal Desk, Revenue Operations, or Finance.
- 2+ years of experience leading or managing a Deal Desk function in a global SaaS environment.
- Expert-level understanding of SaaS business models, licensing strategies, and ASC 606 revenue recognition.
- Advanced proficiency in Salesforce and hands-on experience with CPQ platforms like Salesforce CPQ, Apptus, or Zuora.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related quantitative field.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and communicate complex financial concepts to executive audiences.
Nice to have
- Prior experience in the Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) sector.
- MBA or advanced professional certification.
