What you will do

• Own employee relations matters from intake through resolution for the Technical Customer Care (TCC) organization.
• Conduct investigations into workplace concerns including conduct, harassment, attendance, and policy violations.
• Coach leaders through progressive discipline, performance management, and termination processes.
• Partner with Workforce Management to support attendance management, trend identification, and policy enforcement.
• Support Talent Acquisition with phone screens, candidate movement, and onboarding for representative-level roles.
• Identify recurring ER trends and provide actionable recommendations to HR leadership and the Senior HRBP.

Requirements

• 3+ years of direct employee relations ownership experience in a standalone or primary HR capacity.
• Experience supporting high-volume frontline employee populations (e.g., contact centers, healthcare, or manufacturing).
• Must work full-time onsite in the Minnesota office.
• Must be willing and able to travel to Miami and other future offices.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to document findings clearly.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and operational tracking tools.
