Location: Must work full-time onsite in the Minnesota office. Willingness to travel to Miami and other offices (10-25%) is required.
Salary: $60,000–$75,000 base

What you will do
- Own employee relations matters from intake through resolution for the Technical Customer Care (TCC) organization.
- Conduct investigations into workplace concerns including conduct, harassment, attendance, and policy violations.
- Coach leaders through progressive discipline, performance management, and termination processes.
- Partner with Workforce Management to support attendance management, trend identification, and policy enforcement.
- Support Talent Acquisition with phone screens, candidate movement, and onboarding for representative-level roles.
- Identify recurring ER trends and provide actionable recommendations to HR leadership and the Senior HRBP.
Requirements
- 3+ years of direct employee relations ownership experience in a standalone or primary HR capacity.
- Experience supporting high-volume frontline employee populations (e.g., contact centers, healthcare, or manufacturing).
- Must work full-time onsite in the Minnesota office.
- Must be willing and able to travel to Miami and other future offices.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to document findings clearly.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and operational tracking tools.
