What you will do
- Manage deal desk and commercial operations, structuring non-standard deals and streamlining approval workflows.
- Lead sales planning, including quota setting, headcount modeling, and GTM segmentation.
- Design and administer sales compensation plans in collaboration with Finance and HR.
- Integrate AI tools to automate workflows, analyze account health, and synthesize pipeline risks.
- Oversee pipeline and territory management and routing logic within Salesforce.
- Partner with Customer Success to improve gross and net revenue retention (GRR/NRR).
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in revenue or sales operations within a B2B SaaS company.
- Must be based in North America.
- Direct experience supporting quota-carrying sales teams.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Gong, Looker, Outreach, Clay, and LeadIQ.
- Strong data-driven mindset and ability to operate independently in a high-growth environment.
Nice to have
- Salesforce admin certification or equivalent hands-on admin experience.
- Experience in high-growth Series B through D environments.
