Salary: $155,000 – $185,000 OTE

What you will do

  • Manage deal desk and commercial operations, structuring non-standard deals and streamlining approval workflows.
  • Lead sales planning, including quota setting, headcount modeling, and GTM segmentation.
  • Design and administer sales compensation plans in collaboration with Finance and HR.
  • Integrate AI tools to automate workflows, analyze account health, and synthesize pipeline risks.
  • Oversee pipeline and territory management and routing logic within Salesforce.
  • Partner with Customer Success to improve gross and net revenue retention (GRR/NRR).

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in revenue or sales operations within a B2B SaaS company.
  • Must be based in North America.
  • Direct experience supporting quota-carrying sales teams.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Gong, Looker, Outreach, Clay, and LeadIQ.
  • Strong data-driven mindset and ability to operate independently in a high-growth environment.

Nice to have

  • Salesforce admin certification or equivalent hands-on admin experience.
  • Experience in high-growth Series B through D environments.
