What you will do

  • Design and maintain the partner pipeline architecture, defining stage logic and attribution models for partner-sourced and influenced revenue.
  • Own the attribution logic for co-sell and resell motions to ensure data accuracy for allocation decisions.
  • Configure and manage the CRM architecture in Salesforce, including custom objects and account mapping for TMC and alliance relationships.
  • Partner with Finance to model and track overlay compensation and quota attainment for partnership deals.
  • Identify and resolve friction in the partner motion by building automation and optimizing partner-facing tooling.
  • Develop a comprehensive reporting layer to track pipeline contribution, deal velocity, and conversion benchmarks.

Requirements

  • 4-6 years of experience in Revenue or Sales Operations, specifically supporting channel or partnership motions.
  • Hands-on expertise with Salesforce, including custom objects and partner community configuration.
  • Deep understanding of partner attribution methodologies (source vs. influence, co-sell vs. resell).
  • Proven ability to build pipeline reporting for indirect and complex sales motions.
  • Must be based in the USA.

Nice to have

  • Experience with partner tooling and PRM platforms (e.g., Crossbeam or Reveal).
