What you will do

  • Program-manage the annual planning cycle across Sales and Finance, coordinating stakeholders and deliverables.
  • Own headcount and expense management for the GTM organization, tracking plan vs. actuals.
  • Run the comp plan modeling and execution cycle, including scenario modeling and payout accuracy.
  • Build and maintain forecast roll-ups across regions and segments in partnership with FP&A.
  • Support territory and quota deployment through detailed analytical work.
  • Maintain the analytical layer via dashboards and recurring reports to ensure data quality.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in revenue operations, sales finance, FP&A, or strategic finance.
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Strong driver-based financial modeling skills in Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Fluency in SQL is required.
  • Working knowledge of accounting principles regarding revenue, commissions, and expenses.
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Python.
  • Familiarity with hirify.global, dbt, or similar modern analytics stacks.
  • Experience with Salesforce and comp administration platforms like CaptivateIQ or Spiff.
