TL;DR

Senior Manager, hirify.global Self Serve Strategy & Operations (SaaS/PLG): Leading the analytical and strategic engine for hirify.global's self-serve business with an accent on forecasting, GTM strategy, and PLG motion performance. Focus on building complex financial models, optimizing revenue targets, and aligning product strategy with business growth.

Location: Flexible Office in San Francisco, CA or New York, NY (Must be based in the USA)

Salary: $150,100 - $247,900 annually

What you will do

  • Own the weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecast cadence for the Self Serve business, delivering updates to cross-functional leadership.
  • Lead the FY planning cycle, including building financial models, growth assumptions, and target-setting frameworks.
  • Act as the strategy lead for GTM initiatives such as hirify.globalCRM, hirify.globalbot AI, and pricing/packaging decisions.
  • Build and maintain self-serve analytics capabilities and data pipelines using Snowflake and BI tools.
  • Partner with Growth, Product, Marketing, and Finance leadership to synthesize business health and drive outcomes.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in business operations, revenue strategy, or analytical roles within a SaaS or tech company.
  • Deep expertise in PLG (product-led growth) models and metrics (ACV, NNAOV, AOV, Attrition).
  • Strong quantitative skills with proficiency in Snowflake, Google Sheets, and data modeling.
  • Proven ability to own end-to-end complex financial models and forecast processes.
  • Must be based in or able to work from San Francisco or New York offices.
