What you will do

  • Configure and maintain Salesforce as the GTM system of record, managing page layouts, automation, and user access.
  • Own the weekly pipeline and forecast cadence, including deal inspection and roll-up to leadership.
  • Define and track key GTM metrics such as ARR, NRR, and conversion rates to provide actionable business insights.
  • Partner with Finance to manage quote-to-cash workflows, Salesforce-to-ERP integrations, and commission plan administration.
  • Drive AI-enabled workflows and automation across the GTM motion to increase overall efficiency and accuracy.
  • Establish RevOps playbooks, territory planning, and capacity modeling to support a scaling organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Operations, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in revenue or sales operations, preferably in B2B SaaS or cybersecurity.
  • Proven expertise in end-to-end Salesforce administration within a high-growth company environment.
  • Deep understanding of B2B SaaS pipeline mechanics and forecasting methodologies.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for managing large data sets and building reporting.
  • Experience with quote-to-cash workflows and Salesforce-to-ERP integrations (e.g., NetSuite, Quickbooks).
