What you will do

• Own the full instructional design lifecycle from needs analysis through evaluation using ADDIE, SAM, and Bloom's Taxonomy.
• Develop multi-modal learning assets including self-paced eLearning, interactive simulations, scenario-based exercises, and hands-on labs.
• Create detailed storyboards and perform action mapping to align learning content with business performance outcomes.
• Coordinate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to synthesize raw technical input into structured, instructionally sound deliverables.
• Manage LMS administration within hirify.global University to support content organization and system accuracy.
• Facilitate review cycles via Articulate Review 360 and iterate on content based on stakeholder feedback.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in instructional design or learning experience design.
• Proficiency with eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate Rise, Storyline, and Camtasia.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools professionally to support content creation and productivity workflows.
• Strong ability to organize complex technical information into clear, learner-friendly content.
• Experience collaborating with SMEs and cross-functional teams.
• Must be based in Ontario, Canada

Nice to have

• Experience designing training for SaaS, enterprise software, or technical products.
• Familiarity with LMS platforms and SCORM-based content delivery.
• Experience working with structured content workflows (e.g., Jira).
• Exposure to performance-based learning design and learning analytics.
