What you will do
- Build and maintain dashboards and visualizations for advertising campaign performance, audience delivery, and inventory measurement.
- Provide in-flight pacing insights, optimization strategies, and post-campaign reports.
- Analyze datasets on audience composition, reach, frequency, geography, and venue performance.
- Integrate internal data with third-party sources like Nielsen, NMI, MRI-Simmons, and iSpot.
- Translate technical data into client-ready value propositions for executives and sales.
- Automate workflows and utilize GenAI for insight generation and reporting.
- Partner with Engineering, Product, and Ad Operations on data anomalies and architecture improvements.
- Conduct ad hoc analysis for inventory opportunities and client growth.
Requirements
- 5+ years in Data Analysis, Advertising Analytics, or similar quantitative role focused on marketing measurement.
- Advanced SQL including complex joins, window functions, and performance querying on large datasets.
- Experience with advertising campaign analysis, media planning, attribution, and audience segmentation.
- Hands-on with cloud data environments like AWS, Redshift, Snowflake, or BigQuery.
- Proficiency in Python or R for automation, statistical analysis, and reporting.
- Expertise in BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or Adobe Analytics.
- Ability to turn complex data into business narratives driving renewals and upsells.

- Familiarity with Unix commands, regular expressions, and structured data workflows.
