What you will do

• Partner with the General Manager to lead data initiatives bridging Product, Engineering, and Marketing.
• Conduct deep-dive root cause investigations into metric shifts to uncover technical bugs or UX friction and inform product strategy.
• Design and standardize analytical frameworks for evaluating product growth and user behavior.
• Manage the full A/B experimentation lifecycle from power analysis and hypothesis design to causal inference and rollout.
• Collaborate with FP&A to connect product outcomes to revenue, LTV, and segment-level P&L impact.
• Mentor other analysts and drive a culture of high-signal data storytelling and AI-enhanced workflows.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from Waltham or Boston, MA (Hybrid)
• 6-8+ years of experience in Product Growth, Marketing Analytics, or Data Science, preferably in SaaS.
• Expert-level SQL and proficiency with Product Analytics tools like GA4 or Amplitude.
• Strong experience with A/B testing tools (Optimizely, Statsig) and statistical methods including p-values and confidence intervals.
• Proficiency with Python and dashboarding tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Experience leveraging modern AI tools (Cursor, Claude Code) in data workflows.
