What you will do

• Partner with business and technical stakeholders to translate complex requirements into data-driven insights.
• Conduct deep-dive data analysis using Databricks, SQL, and Python to support operational decision-making.
• Build, maintain, and optimize dashboards and reporting tools, primarily using Power BI.
• Analyze user engagement, retention, and monetization trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in analytics, engineering, and product development.
• Utilize AI-assisted development tools like GitHub Copilot to improve code quality and workflow efficiency.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Redmond, WA.
• 5+ years of professional experience in data analytics and advanced SQL.
• 2+ years of experience with BI tools for dashboarding.
• Proficiency in Python for data analysis and automation workflows.
• Hands-on experience with modern data platforms such as Databricks.
• Strong communication skills for presenting findings to technical and non-technical audiences.

Nice to have

• Experience with SparkSQL, PySpark, or Azure Data Explorer.
• Background in gaming, entertainment technology, or digital product analytics.
• Expertise in analyzing user behavior and product performance metrics.
