What you will do

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot lottery equipment at retailer sites to ensure continuous operation.
• Transport replacement parts, tools, and supplies in an organized and structured manner.
• Coordinate with Dispatchers to report activity, arrival/departure times, and failure resolutions.
• Deliver and track inventory of marketing supplies and consumables like paper and ribbons.
• Provide basic or remedial training to retailers on equipment procedures.
• Document activities and equipment problems through primary reporting forms.

Requirements

• High school degree or GED equivalent.
• 1+ years of experience in customer service and technical repairs.
• Valid driver's license and a good driving record.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and work at heights (rooftops).
• Must have legal authorization to work in the US; immigration sponsorship is not available.
• Ability to perceive colors correctly.
