What you will do

• Provide technical support for gaming, fintech, and loyalty equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and system issues using root cause analysis.
• Perform preventative maintenance and assist with installations and site surveys.
• Act as the primary customer contact for service-related issues to deliver high customer satisfaction.
• Maintain an accurate inventory of parts and complete service reporting in a timely manner.
• Travel within the assigned Oklahoma territory to support multiple customer locations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED; technical or vocational training preferred.
• 1+ years of technician or field service experience in a customer-facing role.
• Basic understanding of hardware, software, and networking concepts.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally within Oklahoma.
