What you will do

• Install, convert, troubleshoot, repair, and remove gaming machines, signs, and controllers.
• Perform routine maintenance and respond promptly to customer emergency requests.
• Complete pre-site surveys and manage assigned service activities.
• Maintain accurate parts inventory and documentation.
• Report on service trends, technical needs, and facility challenges.
• Uphold high standards of professionalism and safety in casino environments.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Clean and valid driver’s license with an insurable record.
• Ability to acquire and maintain a gaming license as required by local authorities.
• Ability to lift and move at least 50 pounds and operate service vehicles.

Nice to have

• Experience as a slot technician or in field service of technical products.
• Background in electronics, mechanics, and diagnostic troubleshooting.
• Experience working in on-call roles and traveling for work.
