What you will do

• Perform advanced troubleshooting, conversions, installations, and maintenance of gaming machines, signs, and controllers.
• Resolve complex technical issues independently or in collaboration with technical support.
• Mentor and provide on-the-job training to junior Field Service Technicians.
• Conduct and document Pre-Site Surveys to ensure thorough planning for service activities.
• Analyze recurring service challenges and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency.
• Manage inventory levels and collaborate with customers to deliver tailored technical solutions.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Field Service Technician or equivalent technical role.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and diagnosing complex technical issues.
• Strong communication and mentorship skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively (up to 75%) and work flexible shifts (nights, weekends, holidays).
• Physical ability to lift 50 lbs, push 250 lbs, and climb ladders.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship.

• Associate degree in electronics, mechanical engineering, or related fields.
• Experience as a slot technician or performing diagnostic work on technical products.
