What you will do

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair kiosks, ATMs, slot machines, and related gaming/fintech equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance and reduce downtime.
• Provide technical support to customers on operational and maintenance-related issues.
• Conduct site surveys and assist with installations, upgrades, and equipment deployments.
• Maintain accurate inventory and documentation for parts, repairs, and service activity.
• Travel throughout Northern California and participate in an on-call rotation schedule.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED; technical or vocational training preferred.
• 2+ years of technician or field service experience in a customer-facing environment.
• Prior experience with casino, gaming, ATM, kiosk, or fintech equipment.
• Experience with networking, hardware troubleshooting, and IT systems.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a gaming license.
