What you will do

• Provide technical support for gaming, fintech, and loyalty equipment to ensure optimal performance
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and system issues via root cause analysis
• Perform preventative maintenance, installations, and site surveys
• Act as the primary customer contact for service-related issues to ensure high satisfaction
• Maintain accurate parts inventory and complete timely service reporting
• Travel within the assigned service area as business needs require

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED (technical/vocational training preferred)
• 1+ years of technician or field service experience in a customer-facing role
• Basic understanding of hardware, software, and networking concepts
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work onsite for extended periods
