What you will do

• Facilitate business process review workshops and conduct detailed analysis of client requirements.
• Translate business needs into detailed User Stories with acceptance criteria, size, priority, and recommended solutions.
• Create solution designs, functional specifications, and detailed reports of findings.
• Configure Salesforce systems using declarative functionality and framework.
• Lead technical teams for Force.com development and integrations with other business applications.
• Manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) strategy, reporting, and deliver end-user training.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or in Salesforce Configuration.
• 2+ years of platform or solution architecture experience in custom-system development for medium to large organizations.
• 2+ years of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce Platform, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, and data migration.
• Experience in Agile project methodology, including backlog management and sprint planning.
• Required certifications: Salesforce Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, Sales Cloud Consultant, and Service Cloud Consultant.
