• Lead the delivery of transformative Salesforce solutions to help clients achieve meaningful outcomes.
• Design and implement robust, scalable solutions based on business needs.
• Analyze complex business challenges and untangle them into actionable technical requirements.
• Facilitate collaboration between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
• Act as a trusted advisor, providing confidence, clarity, and creative solutions to clients.

Requirements

• Must be based in the Philippines.
• 3+ years of experience designing and delivering scalable Salesforce solutions.
• 3+ Salesforce certifications, with Sales and Service Cloud Consultant certifications being essential.
• Strong background in business analysis and facilitating client workshops.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, data models, and implementation best practices.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder management.

Nice to have

• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Familiarity with Agentforce and AI-driven customer service potential.
• Experience working within Agile teams, particularly using the Scrum framework.
• Ability to use data to drive insights and provide value-added recommendations.
