TL;DR

Senior HR Business Partner (HR): Serving as a strategic advisor to leaders across key functions to translate business priorities into people strategies with an accent on organizational effectiveness, talent development, and employee engagement. Focus on driving leadership capability, managing complex employee relations, and supporting organizational growth in a high-growth SaaS environment.

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Atlanta, Georgia (Hybrid: 3 days/week in office)

What you will do

  • Partner with senior leaders to align people strategies with business goals and organizational design.
  • Support performance management, talent calibration, and succession planning initiatives.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor for employee relations, conflict resolution, and policy interpretation.
  • Lead change management initiatives including reorganizations and leadership transitions.
  • Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to deliver talent acquisition and L&D programs.
  • Analyze people data to inform leadership decisions and improve team effectiveness.

Requirements

  • 5–8+ years of progressive HR experience, including supporting senior leaders as an HRBP.
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. employment law and HR best practices.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience influencing leaders and managing complex employee relations situations.
  • Proficiency with HRIS systems and using people data for decision-making.
  • Must be able to work in a hybrid model in Atlanta, GA.

Nice to have

  • Experience in a PE-backed, high-growth, or SaaS environment.
  • Familiarity with public sector or government-facing technology businesses.
  • Experience supporting go-to-market or customer success organizations.
