What you will do

• Deliver people and culture initiatives across the employee life-cycle, including workforce planning, performance cycles, and compensation.
• Collaborate with HR CoEs to resolve capability gaps and embed new policy frameworks and capability-building initiatives.
• Lead change programs, restructures, and organizational design activity using evidence-based insights.
• Identify emerging talent and build strong succession pipelines to ensure long-term capability.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, providing strategic insight, coaching, and informed challenge in operational meetings.
• Manage complex employee relations cases and align headcount plans and cost forecasts with FP&A.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a senior advisor to leaders in shaping people strategies for commercial success.
• Ability to translate business strategy into specific people implications and workforce needs.
• Analytical mindset with confidence in using data and evidence to influence decisions.
• Strong skills in relationship building and navigating complex corporate environments.
• Commercial acumen and a deep awareness of industry trends and HR best practices.
