• Lead complex enterprise consulting projects and deliver end-to-end Atlassian solutions.
• Implement scaling strategies and manage the transition between Data Center and Cloud environments.

• Design governance models and optimize app strategies within the Atlassian ecosystem.
• Manage stakeholders and resolve conflicts at the decision-maker level.

Requirements

• Proven expertise in Atlassian tools including Jira, Confluence, and Loom.
• Strong background in requirements engineering and workshop facilitation.
• Experience designing governance models and managing migrations.
• Fluent German (C1+).
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills for executive levels.
