What you will do

• Act as a subject matter expert for professional customers in the Balkans, Middle East, and Italy/Mediterranean regions.
• Educate users on product workflows to ensure successful onboarding and long-term adoption.
• Collaborate with Sales, Support, and Education teams to align on customer goals and strategy.
• Provide direct product feedback to internal teams based on elite customer needs.
• Deliver high-quality training sessions to empower users and improve their experience.

Requirements

• Must live within commuting distance of Barcelona, Spain.
• Proven experience in customer-facing roles, specifically in training and education.
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Italian, Arabic, Greek, or Turkish is a plus.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.
• Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on improving customer experience and problem-solving.

Nice to have

• Experience in Sports Science or Data Analytics (JavaScript, Python, R, Tableau).
• Background in SaaS product development for the sports industry.
