What you will do

• Promote and expand sales within the assigned geographic area through customer and industry representative engagement.
• Analyze competing organizations to plan and direct sales programs for new market development.
• Manage and grow new and existing customer accounts while providing exemplary service.
• Coordinate sales activities with operations to ensure delivery.
• Maintain and revise costs and establish necessary sales reporting.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of sales and account management experience, preferably in the building supplies industry.
• Demonstrated experience in outside sales with a hunter approach.
• College education or related professional experience.
• Must reside within the designated territory.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to travel 75% of the time, including overnight and extended stays.
