What you will do
- Secure and maintain service accounts and repair work to meet annual revenue goals.
- Develop relationships with Tier 1, 2, and 3 customers and engage with BOMA and other industry groups.
- Create long-term capital plans to address customer building needs.
- Prepare repair job proposals and service contract bids using estimating software and blueprints.
- Manage sales quotas and reduce account cancellations.
- Maintain detailed knowledge of company products and local elevator code requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum 1 year of business-to-business (B2B) sales experience.
- Must be based in Columbia, SC.
- Strong relationship-building, time management, and presentation skills.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural blueprints and drawings.
Nice to have
- Experience with Salesforce.
