Location: Must be based in Boston, MA (Onsite 5 days a week)

Salary: $137,000–$170,000 OTE

What you will do

  • Own the full sales cycle from initial prospecting to final closure.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive adoption within a territory of 400 accounts.
  • Educate customers on the value of the hirify.global Enterprise Suite throughout the evaluation cycle.
  • Navigate key decision-makers and build awareness within technical organizations.
  • Collaborate with Solutions Engineering and Customer Success teams to ensure long-term account growth.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasting and leverage data to identify business challenges.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience hunting and closing net new logos in an Enterprise SaaS organization.
  • Proven track record of selling developer or technical products.
  • Experience creatively sourcing pipeline outside of inbound lead flow.
  • Strong ability to map out and break into accounts while navigating complex organizations.
  • Demonstrated negotiation and closing skills with a history of exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience presenting to senior managers and the C-suite.
