TL;DR

Manager, Experiential Marketing (Marketing): Leading the strategy and execution of Innovation Showrooms and Mobile Innovation Fleets with an accent on immersive customer environments and physical display programs. Focus on end-to-end project management of builds, performance measurement via CRM, and cross-functional collaboration.

Location: Regular availability in office at Berlin, CT

What you will do

  • Own strategy, priorities, and execution roadmaps for the Innovation Showroom and Mobile Innovation Fleet.
  • Lead end-to-end project management of builds, refreshes, and updates from concept through launch.
  • Oversee customer-facing display programs across distributor, customer, and partner locations.
  • Define success metrics and track ROI, pipeline impact, and lead attribution using Salesforce.
  • Manage vendor relationships, budgets, timelines, and brand consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Develop experiential support assets including signage, spec sheets, and event communications.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 5–7 years of experience in experiential marketing, showrooms, events, or marketing project management.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and Salesforce (or other CRM).
  • Willingness to travel up to 30%.
  • Regular availability in office at Berlin, CT.
  • Experience in B2B, building products, security, or technology-driven industries is preferred.
