Manager, Retail Experience and Marketing (Retail/Marketing): Leading branch merchandising and marketing efforts across the -MWG footprint with an accent on building foundational infrastructure, annual planning, and cross-functional workflows. Focus on ensuring intentional, brand-aligned marketing touchpoints across the retail channel and managing the branch marketing team.
Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Walnut Creek, CA (Hybrid: 3 days/week in office)

What you will do
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to support branch objectives and member experience.
- Oversee branch development projects, including space planning, floor plans, and branded graphics for renovations and new locations.
- Lead the design and production of marketing assets across digital, print, and audio channels.
- Establish and maintain a centralized process and calendar for all branch marketing activities.
- Manage the branch marketing budget and provide strategic recommendations for spend optimization.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the branch marketing and merchandising team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 5+ years of experience in integrated, omnichannel marketing, specifically in retail or consumer experience.
- Proven ability to create and implement marketing processes and brand guidelines.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle competing concurrent projects.
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and vendor relationships.
- Must be able to work in the Walnut Creek, CA office 3 days per week.
