What you will do

• Create high-quality in-person experiences for customers and prospects to bring the brand and product to life.
• Own end-to-end planning, execution, and budgeting for events, including executive dinners, roundtables, and trade shows.
• Develop engagement strategies to maximize registration-to-attendance conversion and sales follow-up.
• Collaborate with sales teams to build targeted invite lists for priority accounts.
• Track and report on program ROI to optimize field event investments.

Requirements

• 5+ years of field or event marketing experience in B2B SaaS.
• Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and marketing automation software.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with Sales, Partnerships, and Creative teams.
• Must be based in the San Francisco Bay Area to manage in-person experiences.

Nice to have

• Experience at a startup or hyper-growth company in the Bay Area.
• Experience in founder-led GTM startup marketing.
• Familiarity with the AI/ML landscape.
