Salary: $95,000–$130,000 Annually

What you will do

• Lead the development and deployment of material planning strategies for NPI to optimize inventory management.
• Develop and implement tools, processes, and standard work to drive continuous improvement within the Planning/Materials function.
• Manage a team of Planners and collaborate cross-functionally with fabrication, engineering, HR, and supply chain.
• Create tactical plans to achieve strategic site objectives, overseeing planning processes for all value streams.
• Coordinate capacity analysis to identify bottlenecks and provide staffing and equipment recommendations.
• Take direct responsibility for the on-time delivery of piece part customer orders for NPI.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a Technical or Business discipline.
• 5+ years of relevant experience with at least 2+ years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of enacting lean manufacturing strategies and process improvements.
• Legally authorized to work in the US without company sponsorship.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• CPIM or APICS certification.
