TL;DR

Senior Manager, Supply Planning (Supply Chain): Leading supply planning and capacity management to ensure material availability and resilient supply base scaling. Focus on driving the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process, mitigating supply network risks, and optimizing master production schedules to meet high-service level targets.

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Deerfield, IL (Hybrid: 3x per week)

Salary: $124,000 - $190,000 USD

What you will do

  • Lead and develop a team of supply planners, managers, and analysts through coaching and performance management.
  • Facilitate the monthly S&OP consensus cycle and weekly S&OE meetings to align supply with business demand.
  • Identify and mitigate risks within the supply network to ensure continuity for critical materials.
  • Manage master data maintenance to optimize lot sizes, ordering frequency, and manufacturing data.
  • Drive cross-functional supply chain projects supporting the company blueprint.
  • Analyze drivers for supply disruptions and provide recovery options to maintain 95-98%+ fill rates.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field required.
  • Minimum of 8 years of related supply chain experience.
  • Prior supervisory or coaching experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems, specifically SAP (APO & R3) Master Scheduling and Production Planning.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to influence and drive solutions across all levels of the organization.
