What you will do

• Create and maintain production schedules to align materials, resources, and labor with production goals.
• Monitor production progress and adjust schedules to address delays or issues.
• Collaborate with procurement, manufacturing, engineering, and logistics departments to coordinate activities.
• Utilize MRP and ERP systems to manage production schedules and inventory levels.
• Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement in scheduling and resource allocation.
• Develop and implement production planning policies and procedures and provide troubleshooting support.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years of experience in production planning.
• Exposure to Lean Manufacturing, Purchasing Best Practices, and Demand Scheduling Tools.
• Proficiency in ERP, MRP, and Excel.
• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and quality management standards like ISO 9001.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or CIS.
• APICS certification.
• Experience using SQL, Python, R, MS Project, PowerBI, or Tableau.
