What you will do

• Create and maintain efficient production schedules to meet project goals and deadlines.
• Collaborate with procurement, manufacturing, engineering, and logistics departments to coordinate activities.
• Utilize ERP and MRP systems to manage production schedules and inventory levels.
• Monitor production progress and adjust schedules to address delays or operational issues.
• Analyze production data to identify improvements in resource allocation and scheduling.
• Assist in the development and implementation of production planning policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience required.
• 0-2 years of experience in production planning or related roles.
• Exposure to Lean Manufacturing, ERP, MRP, MS Project, and Excel.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or CIS.
• APICS certification.
• Experience with SQL, Python, R, PowerBI, or Tableau.
