What you will do

• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver data-driven planning and optimization solutions.
• Build and maintain forecasting models and scenario analyses to improve demand planning and inventory positioning.
• Implement optimization approaches to balance service levels, inventory costs, and capacity constraints.
• Analyze complex datasets to identify trends and risks, translating findings into actionable recommendations.
• Develop business dashboards using Power BI and Tableau to provide supply chain visibility.
• Manage finished goods and aged inventory for assigned product lines using analytical techniques.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, Data Science, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience in data analytics or supply chain analytics.
• Strong experience with SQL and data extraction required.
• Proficiency with advanced Excel and reporting tools.
• Knowledge of Material Requirements Planning (MRP) and supply chain planning principles.
• Location: Must be based in or able to work in Medford, OR.

• Advanced SQL skills.
• Experience with forecasting, optimization, or statistical modeling.
