What you will do

• Manage the local/regional procurement process in accordance with established procedures and policies.
• Handle supplier qualification, relationship management, and onboarding activities.
• Conduct RFP processes, bid evaluations, and negotiations.
• Oversee purchase order placement, expediting, and supplier performance analysis.
• Lead total cost reduction initiatives and support supplier quality assurance programs.
• Compile data for cost reporting and provide training on procurement systems.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Finance, or a technical discipline is highly preferred.
• 5+ years of relevant procurement and supply management experience is required.
• Knowledge of procurement contracting legal aspects, risk management, warranty, and liability.
• Comfort in working between office and highly industrial environments.
• Demonstrated negotiation skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Ability to develop and report key performance indicators (KPIs).

Nice to have

• ISM and/or APICS certification is highly desired.
