What you will do

• Oversee staffing, hiring, and resource allocation.
• Support NASA contracting staff in accordance with FAR and NASA regulations.
• Review and edit contract documentation against agency supplements and local standards.
• Facilitate cross-functional communication to resolve project bottlenecks.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, public administration, or a technical field.
• 15+ years of experience in federal government acquisition and contracting.
• 5+ years of formal supervisory experience managing GWACs valued at $500M+.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR).
• Recent experience (within 5 years) managing federal IT initiatives.
• Must be based in Greenbelt, MD, USA.

• Federal contracting certifications (e.g., FAC-C Professional).
• Proficiency with federal data systems like FPDS and CPARS.
