TL;DR

Account Executive (Sales): Driving enterprise sales opportunities and building strategic business relationships with new clients to maximize revenue growth for hirify.global. Location: Must be based in Chicago, IL or Salt Lake City, UT

Salary: $150,000–$190,000 annually

What you will do

  • Own new client acquisition efforts from prospecting through deal closure.
  • Manage the full sales cycle with accountability for pipeline health and forecast accuracy.
  • Represent hirify.global’s value proposition to executive and technical stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with marketing, delivery, legal, and finance teams to close complex deals.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline using CRM technologies.
  • Lead contract-related activities including negotiations and MSAs.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in enterprise IT services sales.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
  • Proven track record in managing complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
  • Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and deal closure skills.
  • Confidence in executive-level communication and relationship building.
  • Experience working in highly matrixed professional services organizations.
