What you will do

• Lead business development activities and manage key account plans for enterprise clients.
• Build and maintain relationships with senior technology and business decision-makers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver value propositions and align services with client goals.
• Monitor client satisfaction and NPS scores to ensure retention and growth.
• Facilitate proposal management and contract negotiations.
• Maintain accurate CRM data to track account progress and resolve issues.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in consultative sales or customer management within Retail/CPG/MFG sectors.
• Must be based in the NYC/Tri-State area and available for in-person meetings.
• Ability to travel up to 40% of the time.
• Strong understanding of IT consulting, software development concepts, and industry best practices.
• Proven experience managing complex accounts and working with geographically dispersed teams.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
