What you will do
- Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic clients as a trusted advisor for IR solutions.
- Drive client retention through proactive engagement, regular business reviews, and high-quality service delivery.
- Ensure IR solutions deliver measurable ROI, quick time to value, and business impact for clients.
- Identify and mitigate client risk, developing strategies to expand relationships via cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
- Meet and exceed assigned targets for retention and growth, primarily protecting existing IR revenue.
Requirements
- Proven track record of building strategic partnerships with executive-level clients, including CFOs, IROs, and IR Managers.
- Ability to effectively convey the IR Solutions value proposition tailored to client objectives.
- Strong operational and analytical skills to understand client needs and reinforce solution ROI.
- Deep business acumen and professional knowledge of the Investor Relations industry.
- Must be located in New York City and able to work in-office at least 3 days per week.
