What you will do

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic clients as a trusted advisor for hirify.global IR solutions.
  • Drive client retention through proactive engagement, regular business reviews, and high-quality service delivery.
  • Ensure hirify.global IR solutions deliver measurable ROI, quick time to value, and business impact for clients.
  • Identify and mitigate client risk, developing strategies to expand relationships via cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
  • Meet and exceed assigned targets for retention and growth, primarily protecting existing IR revenue.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of building strategic partnerships with executive-level clients, including CFOs, IROs, and IR Managers.
  • Ability to effectively convey the hirify.global IR Solutions value proposition tailored to client objectives.
  • Strong operational and analytical skills to understand client needs and reinforce solution ROI.
  • Deep business acumen and professional knowledge of the Investor Relations industry.
  • Must be located in New York City and able to work in-office at least 3 days per week.
