What you will do
- Design and implement a structured distributor program, including discount models, reward tiers, and performance metrics.
- Manage the primary commercial relationship with the U.S. and Canada distributor network and support the Mexico market.
- Define go-to-market guidelines and optimal coverage models to minimize channel conflict.
- Lead and develop a growing inside sales team across the U.S. and Mexico.
- Identify coverage gaps and recruit, evaluate, and onboard new strategic partners.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in B2B indirect channel management (distributors, agents, or resellers).
- Proven experience in technical sales environments, such as industrial equipment, instrumentation, or capital goods.
- Deep understanding of channel program design, including incentives and partner accountability.
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline preferred.
- Experience in people management or strong leadership potential.
- Valid driver’s license required.
