What you will do

  • Define and execute multi-year joint business plans with key European channel partners.
  • Drive measurable organic revenue growth and expand market penetration across distributor networks.
  • Lead commercial negotiations to ensure value creation and long-term partnership success.
  • Translate European strategy into actionable plans for local country teams.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance to ensure consistent execution of value propositions.
  • Provide actionable insights into market trends and competitive landscapes to steer strategy.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in senior commercial roles such as Country, Channel, or Key Account Management.
  • Strong track record in managing strategic partnerships and driving growth.
  • Experience working across multiple countries in a European or international capacity.
  • Solid understanding of indirect or distributor-led business models.
  • Ability to lead without hierarchical authority in a matrix organization.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills across different levels and countries.
