What you will do
- Define and execute multi-year joint business plans with key European channel partners.
- Drive measurable organic revenue growth and expand market penetration across distributor networks.
- Lead commercial negotiations to ensure value creation and long-term partnership success.
- Translate European strategy into actionable plans for local country teams.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance to ensure consistent execution of value propositions.
- Provide actionable insights into market trends and competitive landscapes to steer strategy.
Requirements
- Proven experience in senior commercial roles such as Country, Channel, or Key Account Management.
- Strong track record in managing strategic partnerships and driving growth.
- Experience working across multiple countries in a European or international capacity.
- Solid understanding of indirect or distributor-led business models.
- Ability to lead without hierarchical authority in a matrix organization.
- Strong stakeholder management skills across different levels and countries.
