TL;DR

Lead Generation Rep (AWS): Driving top-of-funnel pipeline through multi-channel prospecting to support Account Executives with an accent on ISV and Marketplace messaging. Focus on booking qualified discovery meetings, managing Salesforce hygiene, and collaborating with AWS field partners.

Location: Must be based in Seattle, WA, US

Salary: $60,000 - $65,000 annually + 6% target incentives

What you will do

  • Drive top-of-funnel pipeline using multi-channel prospecting via phone, email, and social media.
  • Position hirify.global's Cloud Lifecycle Services (CLS) and AWS value propositions to new accounts.
  • Maintain a high activity bar (75-100 dials daily) to book 1-2 qualified discovery meetings per day.
  • Manage Salesforce data hygiene by logging activity and capturing prospect dispositions.
  • Coordinate with AWS field partners and internal marketing on targeted account plays.
  • Ensure professional meeting handoffs to Account Executives with full prospect background and context.

Requirements

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in customer service, inside sales, BDR, or SDR roles.
  • Must be located in Seattle, WA, US.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for professional interaction with senior buyers.
  • Proficiency with CRM hygiene (Salesforce preferred) and sales tools like ZoomInfo or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Interest in cloud technology, AWS, and the ISV/Marketplace ecosystem.
  • High activity discipline and a self-starter mentality.
