What you will do

  • Source and engage relevant organizations using intent tools and sales engagement platforms.
  • Qualify potential clients via email, phone, and LinkedIn to ensure fit with the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
  • Develop targeted sequences and strategies to nurture prospect organizations toward conversion.
  • Collaborate with Demand Gen and Partnerships to manage high-intent leads from marketing programs.
  • Schedule and coordinate initial sales meetings for Account Executives, ensuring high show rates.
  • Maintain prospect databases and report on key metrics such as activity and conversion rates using Salesforce.

Requirements

  • 6+ months of experience in an SDR/BDR role, with a preference for outbound experience.
  • Proven ability to prospect, qualify leads, and effectively communicate a value proposition.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to build rapport and identify client needs.
  • Proficiency as an end-user with Salesforce, Outreach/Salesloft, LinkedIn, and parallel dialers.
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Resilience and persistence in handling objections to achieve daily and monthly goals.
